The only thing standing in the way of you and the life you want is you. No matter how much motivation videos, advice, or tips you get on self-improvement, true self-improvement is a solo journey. As a friend constantly reminds me, “No one can want it as bad as you.”
Waking up, drinking a black coffee or herbal tea and reading a overestimated novel is not improving yourself. These are just shallow ideas that are widely seen to bring peace and contentedness. Don’t get me wrong, these are wonderful ways to start a day, but this is not improving anything that is not superficial. There are three fundamental subjects, which need dedication in each to truly improve beyond the “aesthetic” or idea of improving. The three subjects encompass:
- Mind ( Intellect, Conscious, and Subconscious )
- Emotions ( Feelings & the Heart )
- Will ( Purpose and Ambition )
IMproving your mind, emotions, and will is the key to becoming the person you dream to be.
Though improvement is a solo journey, I will be giving you very loose outlines of things that you can do to better yourself. Nothing will happen if you don’t do it for yourself.
I will take you through all the different way and techniques that you can use to improve yourself, but also transform into the kind of person, with the kind of morals and ambitions that you want, no matter to what extent.
